Capitol - As enacted, authorizes secretary of state to produce a virtual tour of the state capitol, capitol annexes and grounds and to publish the virtual tour on the web sites of the general assembly and secretary of state; authorizes secretary of state to distribute the virtual tour on electronic media, through the state library and archives, to public and private K-12 schools. - Amends TCA Section 4-8-101.
