This bill prohibits any employee organization, association or union, or a member of such, from engaging in any activity that has the intent of disrupting or reducing the level of services provided by the institution or impairs the ability of any employee or agent of the institution to perform the employee's or agent's duties, even if such activity does not constitute a work stoppage. An employee who violates this bill would be subject to disciplinary action by the institution, including termination of employment.
