    ON MAY 2, 2011, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 690, AS AMENDED.

    AMENDMENT #1 changes this bill and present law to require that when the POW-MIA flag is displayed at welcome centers on the same pole with the U.S. flag and the Tennessee state flag, the POW-MIA flag will be displayed below the U.S. flag and the Tennessee state flag.
