Taxes, Exemption and Credits - As enacted, increases the Hall income tax exemption for taxpayers 65 years of age or older to $26,200 for single filers and $37,000 for persons filing jointly beginning January 1, 2012. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 2.
